Pros
In our division, management puts an effort to ensure that everyone are included and engaged despite being in a remote setup. As a new hire, it was also easy for me to assimilate on how things are done as they have already established policies and processes with documentation which served as my reference to do my work effectively and efficiently.
Cons
Needs improvement on planning, communication, and execution of new tools/processes to ensure smooth transition.
