Pros

Working at Bay Club has honestly taught me so much about people, leadership, hospitality, and teamwork. No day is ever exactly the same, and I think that’s one of the things I appreciate most. I’ve had the opportunity to grow not only professionally, but personally too. What stands out to me most is the culture of community. You really build relationships here! With members, coworkers, leadership, and even families you see every single day. Over time, those interactions stop feeling transactional and start feeling more meaningful in a transformational way. It becomes more than just a workplace. I’ve also appreciated being part of a team that genuinely supports one another. Whether it’s covering for each other during busy shifts, helping solve problems together, or simply checking in after a hard day, there’s a strong sense of “one team, one voice.” That kind of environment matters. Another thing I value is how much Bay Club encourages growth. I’ve learned how to communicate better, lead with empathy, handle difficult situations professionally, and create experiences that make people feel welcomed and cared for. Hospitality here isn’t just about service, it’s about making people feel like they belong. Of course, like any job, there are busy days and challenges, but I can honestly say the experience has helped shape me into a stronger, more confident, and more people-centered professional. I’m grateful for the relationships, lessons, and opportunities that have come from being part of the Bay Club community/ family.

Cons

Truly, no real cons. You’re constantly balancing hospitality, operations, problem solving, and revenue goals all at once, which can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially if you choose to take it all on by yourself. But we have such an amazing built-in team system that it’s hard for a day like that to consume you, because there is always help right around the corner. The challenges here have honestly helped me grow stronger in communication, patience, leadership, and adaptability. I genuinely love working at The Bay Club!

Pros

I love working at The Bay Club. Leadership is transparent and communicates openly, and you can see the company's commitment to investing back into both employees and members. The culture is fun and collaborative—no two days look the same—and the people here are genuinely what make it great. It's hard work, but when your mission is helping people live healthier, happier lives, it's absolutely worth it.

Cons

None that I can think of
