Great work-life balance, 35 hour work week Important and meaningful work of preventing child abuse Program staff are very dedicated and passionate about the cause

No merit or cost of living salary increases Little room for growth Out-of-date technology

Friendly work environment, great benefits, holidays, mileage reimbursement, supportive managers, and good pay

Cons

It is still nonprofit, so there isn't much room for higher salaries, but there are slight wage increases each year
