Moving from Boston to Dallas for my first full-time role was both challenging and outside my comfort zone, but my first few months at Third Bridge have been incredibly rewarding. The experience has pushed me to grow professionally and equipped me with the tools and confidence to become a well-rounded professional. From day one, my team has supported me every step of the way. Their guidance and encouragement have made a meaningful difference in my transition, and I’m grateful to now be in a position where I can share what I’ve learned with our newest hires. Best place to grow my career and learn new skills in a comfortable, encouraging environment. Clear roadmap to what good looks like in all roles I've been in at TB. Clear targets that you're given a lot of coaching to attain. Very team-centric environment. Some evening hours, but to be expected in a customer-facing role - it is always flexible within the team to ensure you're not overextended. Lot of time spent talking to people, which I find interesting and engaging. Bonus structures are clear.
