Pros

I loved working at Tidal Wave and was able to gain knowledge in sales while selling car memberships. This was a low-stress way to learn how to sell things while also making extra commission on my paychecks. If you care about the position and try your best on the job, there were opportunities for advancement through becoming shift lead and relocating to other sites for management positions.

Cons

Working outside in sometimes extreme weather conditions was really the only downside to this job. However, this would be a part of every car wash position.

Great culture and a constant growth environment. This role offers transferrable skills that can help you achieve your goals. Tidal Wave offers a generous compensation package as well as commission opportunities on top of your hourly pay. After a couple of years I would highly recommend working for Tidal Wave Auto Spa.

Cons

The hours can be long and physically demanding. Be prepared to drink lots of water and cancel your gym membership.
