      Pros

      Guaranteed pay, really helps when there are slow months, management seems to be doing a better job at listening to the drivers.

      Cons

      No consistent schedule, very hard to have a life outside of this company. The pay is not enough for what you have to deal with.

      Guaranteed pay. If you have a slow week, they will pay you out a minimum balance

      Cons

      No consistent schedule. You never know where you're going or when you'll be home. Somedays you will drive locally, some days you're going over the road for 2-3 days.
