      They treat you well and Have fair pay. everyone who works here is amazing

      Cons

      they keep adding workload. but never take them away. You will find if someone leaves they just add more to your plate and never rehire for that role.

      Pros

      Safety and maintenance are critical importance. There are high standards for employees to be professional, to hire the right personal and not just fill the positions. An employee can always find the right work life balance as long as they are productive and versatile. Decent culture of positivity, top down. Mostly competitive in pay and benefits with opportunities to earn big dollars if you desire to work hard/a lot.

      Cons

      Politics inside a large organization can hold you back from positive growth. Good ideas and practical strategies sometimes get lost in bureaucracy and the TFI general business model. Very rare something outside of the box will see implementation. Some managers will hold you back.
