They look to promote from within first and foremost. - Culture and Colleagues: Triumvirate only hires individuals who fit the company culture of collaboration and shared goals. This makes for a great coworker experience. -Leadership Accessibility: You have access to all leaders including the executive team. - Innovation and Growth: Triumvirate is constantly growing and adding to their assets which helps excite the team and ensure job stability.

Cons

- Hard Work: It's a tough and complex industry, so it comes with a lot of work. - Wearing Many Hats: You'll have to wear many different hats in your role, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Pros

Hard-working, smart co-workers, varying work from day-to-day.

Cons

This is a terrible company to work for, with an incredibly high turnover rate. Environmental specialists are essentially garbage collectors who aren't paid more and are treated worse than actual municipal waste collectors. They tell you that it's a blue collar job during the interview - what they don't tell you is that you are forced to work 60+ hour weeks, every single week. My shortest week was 61 hours, my longest was 82. When I was desperate for a job out of college I chose not to listen to these bad reviews, thinking that the people leaving them were somehow lazy or not willing to work hard. I wish that I had listened to the reviews, and waited to find a job with acceptable working conditions somewhere else. Please, don't put yourself through this. Work at a grocery store, babysit, do ANYTHING but don't take a job as an Environmental Specialist at this Somerville office.

Ouch. This is some pretty surprising feedback. We appreciate your honesty and ultimately feel like this job may have not been the right fit for you from the get-go. In checking our payroll records for all of 2016, we found no record of any Environmental Specialist having worked 82 hours in a week. We pride ourselves in full clarity during our interview process, about what the job entails. We only move forward with job offers once we are confident that the candidate understands the work and that they are a good fit for our organization. You are certainly right about the pros you mentioned! We have had tremendous success with those who are smart, hardworking and adaptable to varying schedules. TEI is a challenging, fun and rewarding place to work. It’s unfortunate that your experience was different. Regardless, we appreciate the time you’ve spent with TEI and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. -Bill Coe, VP of HR

Pros

none. PERIOD there are no pros to working here if you even remotely love yourself

Cons

everything. They put you in extreme dangerous conditions working 60 hours a week and when you get your weekly paycheck it's only about $800. They also made me work all weekend in another state and forced me to drive there while I was extremely tired and falling asleep at the wheel. The guy that was with me didn't care and kept forcing me to drive. Please if you're graduating from school soon and are thinking to yourself "Oh I can handle this, the others were just lazy" (which is what I thought coming out of school) you're wrong! The company is a death trap and designed for you to not only fail, but go insane. I lost 30 pounds working there for only 1.5 months because they didn't let me eat on schedule and we only got 15 minute lunch breaks. Please I'm begging you don't do it to yourself especially if you're a degree holder. I promise it'll not be worth it.
