Pros

Compensation, Health Benefits upon hire, Working outdoors

Cons

Inconsistent and extremely long hours due to aging vehicle fleet pushing carriers out sometimes more than 4 hours past their “ready” time, no work-life balance due to these long hours and working essentially 7 days a week until you reach 14 consecutive days (for rural craft anyway), definitely toxic work environment between the management and older carriers being rude to new hires, and a LOT of hazing within your first 90 or 120 working
