      Great Company - Bad Manager

      Pros

      Great company. Small enough to care about the individual while big enough to compete with other companies in salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the upper managers are horrible to work with or for. One in particular is on a power trip.

      The pros is the ability to bounce around to other locations

      Cons

      They are outdated in practices, their processes are exhausting. Benefits are expensive, not much employee engagement
