Pros

Employee discount, decent facility, nearby restaurants

Cons

They hire and fire people constantly. They don’t know how to maintain employees - or they can’t. I don’t recommend working here. Not only is it a physically demanding job, but managers will treat you as expendable and not listen to anything you say. I was just a seasonal employee - but they still shouldn’t have treated me the way they did. I have worked as a seasonal employee for other companies in similar roles and was treated much better. I could point out other flaws in the management but I think you get the point.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re glad you found value in the discount and workplace amenities, and we’re sorry to hear the experience wasn’t what you hoped for. Our peak season roles move quickly and require strong communication and clear expectations from both managers and team members. While the work is fast-paced and physically demanding, it’s important that team members feel they’re being listened to and treated professionally. That’s the standard we aim for, and we continue to reinforce it with our leadership teams each peak season. We do hire a large number of seasonal associates in a short period of time, and not every role ends up being the right fit for every person. That doesn’t mean any team member is viewed as expendable, and it’s not how we want anyone to feel during their time here. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and wish you well in your next role. Feedback from all team members helps us keep raising expectations and strengthening the experience for future seasonal teams.
