      Pros

      When I joined they did not have an internal Recruiter and they decided to move it in house. They let me use my experience to build out processes to improve their recruitment efforts and help with retention. All the hiring manager have been very appreciative and a pleasure to work with. Upper managers show appreciation for your hard work and are there to support you. Huge room for growth within the company.

      The work / Family blend is a real treat here at UT. All of managements doors are always open,

      Growing pains - Any organization that is growing and is merging with other entities has growing pains, Management is open with resolutions and timelines, Management does not ignore your issues as other organization do.
