Pros
Staff are good people and with high skill sets. Who bring value to all projects.
Cons
Look up modern IT organization and this would be the opposite. Management has no respect for its employees, and provides no flexibility or common sense in its management. The best are leaving and the rest feel trapped. Don't let the recent move or organization changes fool you it has only gotten worst.
