      Pros

      - Good growth opportunities, you can take on more responsibility and be rewarded as there is no defined structure for promotion, - Good job security, they invest a lot into training - They provide food (snacks, coffee/tea, bagels on Tuesdays and pizza on Fridays)

      - An extra hour or two on top of the typical 9-5 is expected but not required

      Low pay, no 401k, outdated equipment, no training, required to work overtime with no extra pay, no vacation time for first year.

      - Paid time off - Higher ups will take time and answer any questions I have - Heath Insurance included at no cost to me - Free food (Coffee, snacks, Bagels, pizza every Friday)

      - Hours expected, especially if you're still mostly learning things at the start.
