Management are more like bosses than leaders. They don't get involved with day to day work and instead walk around chatting most of the day. The managers in the warehouse don't lead and inspire staff they dictate from the sidelines. No real room for progression. PDP's were introduced and advertised to the staff as a way of helping you to grow and progress. When it came down to it managers would only let you put goals within your current role. Work is mind numbing and repetitive. High staff turnover. Staff would be asked to go for a chat and never return. This was a regular thing and since i was there i saw around 9-10 people go in the space of a few months. They don't appreciate honesty. All they want is robots without an opinion. Any whisper of a difference in opinion gets you a meeting with management/HR often followed by a dismissal with no real evidence other than hearsay. When asked for examples or evidence of wrong doing none could be provided.

worst company, not benefits, people don't respect each other. Really bad environment.
