      Management is serious about safety. A great place to grow without being micromanaged. Hardwork and dedication will increase your value. Showing up to work matters. The work we do has real meaning and tangible results.

      Management is slow to act when replacing old/out dated equipment.

      Pros

      Our Mission Statement here at Wartech is "Support our Warfigjters!" and I feel we live it every day we step foot in the facility. I come from a military family and my father was a WWII vet down to nieces, nephews, etc., all either serve or have served. I could not be prouder, so here I can give back to the men and women in uniform to be a part of the group that gives them the best and help them in their united endeavor to keep our country free.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours have been a great challenge, but I tough through knowing it is for a good cause. A small price to pay for a good cause.
