      Flexible work schedules, collaborative employees, regular social events like Thirsty Thursdays, strong growth and career progression possibilities.

      Our factory is in La Crosse WI, which is about 170 miles away from our headquarters.

      Pros

      Incredible future ahead with new plant and equipment. The team makes outstanding equipment and they show the pride in their work every day. Pay and benefits have come around really well, including free healthcare (Family clinic type services). Huge career growth opportunities for everyone.

      Cons

      As with any smaller, fast-growing company, many practices and procedures are not written, but we are well on our way to do so.
