      Pros

      -The in office culture is great. Lunch provided every Tuesday, great location, office is fairly new, very cool space. -Collaborative environment - Competitive pay with yearly merit increases and market adjustments - Offers equity in the company - Flexible work from home schedule (3 days a week in office, 2 from home) - GREAT upward mobility If you're motivated in your career, want to work for an innovative company in a rapid growth phase, Xometry is a great landing spot for you.

      Cons

      - Recent changes made to benefits not great for me or my family, but that's personal preference.

      Pros

      Xometry has a great culture and so many great people. It's a great opportunity to start in sales at entry level all the way up to senior AE roles. The office space is amazing, free lunches, company events. I would highly recommend!

      Sometimes work/ life balance can be tough during busy times.
