It was better before they ran the People & Culture leader out.

Cons

Leadership within this department was deeply dysfunctional. The CFO and talent manager routinely provided misleading or conflicting information, and communication often felt manipulative rather than transparent. Expectations, policies, and priorities changed frequently, sometimes daily, yet employees were blamed for failing to meet standards that were never clearly or consistently communicated. Employees were expected to work excessive and unreasonable hours with no respect for work-life balance. Team members were publicly berated in group chats, creating a hostile and intimidating work environment. The company did not support work-life balance, and several employees were told their performance was negatively impacted due to having family responsibilities. Compensation was also an ongoing issue, as promised pay increases and bonuses were repeatedly discussed but never delivered. There was a clear lack of accountability from leadership, with blame consistently pushed onto employees. The instability, broken promises, and toxic communication culture made this an emotionally exhausting workplace.
