      Pros

      The process was clear, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish. Interviewers were warm and curious - not just assessing skills, but genuinely getting to know me. I could feel Zone's values come through in every conversation: momentum, teamwork, and a real drive to make an impact. Onboarding was smooth and well-organized. Everyone I spoke with showed deep respect and trust in each other, from the executive level down.

      - Leadership team expanded with more highly capable and talented individuals - Clear direction on company targets - Client focused, taking feedback seriously - 100% remote working, great work / life balance - Management open minded to process improvements that drive efficiencies

      - Transparency on overall company performance has been lacking. This has recently changed and senior leaders now provide meaningful overviews.
