      Great place to grow with flexibility and meaningful work

      Pros

      I have been here for over five years and have had opportunities to grow and take on new roles. The ability to be fully remote is a huge benefit. The company creates connection through fun virtual events. I also really appreciate the flexible vacation time and the holiday break. Overall, it is a supportive environment with meaningful work.

      Cons

      Like many organizations, work can be fast paced at times and priorities may shift.

      Supportive Environment for Career Development

      Many employees have built long, successful careers here—and for good reason. It’s a company where you can start in an entry-level role and grow into more senior positions. Your voice is heard, and there’s opportunity to make meaningful contributions and impact.

      Cons

      As with many smaller companies, comes with lean teams. Some departments would benefit from additional staffing.

      Great Company!

      Pros

      This is a great company and people here are extremely helpful to each other. I worked here for over 8 years on various teams and every single team has always been a supportive group of people. The pay and benefits is I think competitive for the work and the size of the company.

      Cons

      I think every job has it's cons in terms of some of the work one might do or the occasional disagreement with a co-worker or boss but I don't think there's any cons on the company overall. The only thing I wish we had was a company get together in person once a year since we are a fully remote org.
