      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      I can’t believe it’s already been 90 days—it’s flown by! I’ve really enjoyed settling into my role and learning more about the team and company. I feel proud of the impact I’ve made in such a short time and grateful for the opportunities to work through processes that help me grow. One of the things I enjoy most is how amazing and kind everyone has been—it’s such a refreshing change! I’m also grateful for nVent’s inclusive and service-oriented culture. Participating in both on-site and off-site volunteer opportunities has been a great way to meet more colleagues and see firsthand how nVent cares for its employees and the community. I’m truly excited about what the future holds. I appreciate that nVent values employee input and uses it to improve the workplace and attract great talent. I’d be happy to share my feedback and look forward to continuing to contribute and grow with the team!

      Cons

      The shift to being on-site four days a week after working remotely for the past five years at my former company could seem like a challenge, but it’s actually helped me acclimate and connect with my colleagues much faster than even a full hybrid schedule would have.

      Very Positive Experience!

      Pros

      Awesome team and leadership. Very open to new ideas and ways to do things better! Fast-paced environment as the company experiences a ton of growth. Super BUSY, but I personally thrive in an environment where there's always something to do. Leadership is also very good about making sure their team has good work life balance. Very flexible for life outside of work and they trust you to get your things done. A lot of autonomy here.

      Cons

      Always room for improvement at a fast-growing company! Some things are still pretty manual (as least in TA), but again, they are very receptive to feedback and making things more efficient as we grow. PTO could be better (only 15 days starting, but you do get 6 days of sick and safe time in MN which is a plus).
