      Good People to work with--Leadership Lacking

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Passionate about their work. Never a dull moment. Benefits are at market or above for the area.

      Cons

      CEO will not make a decision. All Management not included in any discussions regarding the company. Mostly male industry...women are not on the same level as the men in the same level position. Lower than market compensation. Communication nonexistent. Bonus structure never explained or percentages met...no steps on how to reach goals that are not defined. Lack of educational opportunities or advancement. Merit raises for some, but not all are recognized.

      Great people to work with for the most part, great benefits.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Management does not communicate with the staff. There are rules that apply to some and not others. Pay scale is lower than what it would be at similar operation.
