NOW HIRING: Senior HVAC Technician – Verona, WI | Full-Time | $95,000–$110,000/year

Ready to take the lead and not just clock in?

Everlight HVAC is looking for a Senior HVAC Technician who wants more than the typical install-and-go role. Here, you won’t just follow a system you’ll help build it.

You’ll lead installations, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor a small crew of 2–3 apprentices who rely on your leadership every day. This is hands-on work with real ownership, where your decisions and expertise actually shape outcomes.

We’re building this division from the ground up, which means strong performers don’t wait years to move up they grow as fast as they can prove they’re ready.

• EPA 608 Certification

• 8+ years of HVAC field experience

We believe great work deserves great compensation. Here's what you can expect as part of the Everlight HVAC team:

Pay: Competitive salary ranging from $73,000 to $110,000/year based on experience and certifications.
