Include metrics such as: revenue targets, % to goal, deal sizes, close ratios, territory size when you started, and % you grew it. 2) Include prospecting methods and a breakdown of how you obtained your current book of business: % of referral business, % cold call, % drop in. 3) Clean formatting, which includes: bullets, clear separation between jobs, and consistent font and spacing. 4) Clean content, which includes no redundancy and consistent verb tense. 5) Keep the length to two pages if possible, but not more than three. 6) Every line should start with a verb, e.g. exceeded, developed, closed, increased. 7) Remember - less is more. Recruiters look at hundreds of resumes a day, so give your resume a ten-second glance to see if you would call yourself.
