I had a team of incredibly smart people and an interesting Machine Learning project which was both challenging and exciting. Q2: What does she enjoy most about her career today? A2: You can do truly innovative work helping to bring life-saving drugs to patients and be surrounded by the brightest colleagues who are always ready to help. Q3: What advice does she have for those interested in an Amgen career? A3: Be ready to learn, come with an open mind and enthusiasm. The Data Science role at Amgen is not pure analytics, it requires a leader’s mindset and good communication skills.
