Ares has taken the A Day for Democracy pledge and is taking action by providing our employees the resources to register to vote in the upcoming local, state, and national elections and also recognizing #ElectionDay as a paid holiday to allow employees to actively participate in our country’s election. The Mosaic Employee Resource Group was delighted to host an event which provided Ares employees with an understanding of several Eastern practices that can be incorporated into day to day life particularly during this time when wellness and health are all the more important. Maame Opoku and Rhian Letang, Co-founder and Commercial Director of MAMASIA LTD explained the central concepts of Ayurvedic medicine and how these have been translated into modern society through the practices of yoga. Through events such as these, Ares continues to promote diversity and inclusion and be a place where different cultures, traditions can be celebrated and shared together.

Students will learn about the benefits of starting a career in the alternative asset management industry, as well as have the opportunity to network with business leaders and fellow program participants. As a participant in this 6 session virtual program, you will learn about the Ares culture and Employee Resource Groups, receive technical training facilitated by subject matter experts, participate in business-specific “Teach-Ins” that will provide a preview into a “day in the life” of an investment professional and have the opportunity to interview during the 2022 Summer Analyst process.
