We are thrilled for Ares’ Opportunistic Credit and Private Equity teams’ investment in Savers | Value Village to be recognized as Buyouts' Turnaround Deal of the Year 2023! Our teams initially helped recapitalize the company in 2019 and assumed full control in 2021. During our ownership, we have partnered with Savers’ management team to enact organic & inorganic value-creation initiatives and helped the company list publicly on the NYSE in 2023. Congrats to the team on their hard work, and we look forward to what lies ahead for Savers. #thriftproud #opportunisticcredit #privateequity
