This year, we celebrate the #DRVPNK with AutoNation as they team up with the 2022 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg this weekend. Assurant is proud to partner with AutoNation and help drive out cancer by donating $100,000 to their cause. All funds will be donated to the Center for Cell Therapy and Cancer Research.

In 2021, our employees took part in the second edition of the "Turning Miles into Meals Challenge,” collectively moving over 128,000 miles, which resulted in the donation of more than 320,000 meals. As a global organization, we have a commitment to advance racial equality and justice. This Black History Month, we’re excited to share a peek into what’s happening in support of our Black employees, communities and allies: ➡️ Employees can attend a virtual panel called, “Celebrating Black History Month, Career Growth, Allyship and Impact,” which include two African American executives currently on Assurant's Board of Directors. ➡️ Through February 28, employees can participate in a 2:1 match of charitable donations focused on social justice and anti-racism causes. ➡️ Assurant will award a special grant to the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to help provide scholarships for underrepresented minority college students. ➡️ We launched a Diverse Slate & Interview Team requirement for senior roles in the U.S. in 2021, which continues to be leveraged as a standard practice for interviewing candidates. ➡️ To continue investing in Assurant talent, our DEI Team has forged several strategic partnerships dedicated to the development of Black leaders, women and other underrepresented groups.
