We were pleased to host students from University of Louisville, University of Kentucky, Bellarmine University and Simmons College of Kentucky for a full-day experience designed to introduce the next generation of diverse talent to career opportunities in the financial services industry and Baird’s unique culture. Students heard from several of Baird’s business units, networked with associates and toured our Louisville office.
After several years of professional experience, Zachary started a new journey pursuing a Computer Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He credits the Baird Intern Program to being an integral part of his growth, as it provided the opportunity to start a new career as a Software Developer.
