Team Member Spotlight: Ali Russo, RN, MSN-Ed, RN Operations Support Specialist at Banner Estrella Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ. I earned my master's degree in nursing education from Grand Canyon University in April 2022. I have been a Registered Nurse for over ten years, starting as a new graduate RN at Banner Gateway on their Medical Surgical unit, and most recently, working in Banner Estrella's Intensive Care Unit. I enjoy working at Banner Estrella because I am in sync with the kindness of the culture and the staff's dedication to providing exceptional patient care. Having worked as an RN in multiple levels of care within the organization has contributed significantly to my knowledge and prepared me for my current role as an educator. I take immense pride in developing the employee orientation plan and ensuring that they have a great start with our organization. Being able to contribute to a positive work environment and assist in employee growth is why I look forward to going to work every day.
