Not to brag (okay, maybe just a little)… we’ve been recognized as one of the best workplaces in consulting and professional services! None of it would be possible without the incredible Barge team.
The heart of Barge is its people. For 70 years, Barge has built more than projects—they’ve built relationships, memories, and a culture that lasts. We captured 205 years of combined service through 16 interviews across seven offices in four states, revealing the stories that define who we are.
Our healthcare team is proud of the impact it has made. With more than 4,000 projects completed and counting, each one is designed to support better care in the communities we serve. Team Barge takes a holistic approach to healthcare design, enhancing nature’s healing elements to benefit the patient, family, and staff. Each project is created with precision, care, and the people who rely on these spaces. Behind every project is a story of better care, stronger communities, and healthier futures.
