On their first day, our 78 interns received a notebook with a handwritten note from our CEO Toby Bozzuto. Catherine, a second-year intern, shared her reaction to Toby's surprise: "I was so excited to read his note! I briefly mentioned studying in Italy this past semester, and he remembered 5 months later. To me, this note exemplifies how the company truly cares about their interns, employees, and residents. Bozzuto has built a culture of community and that's a big part of why I was so eager to return for a second summer."
