We want to introduce you to Trent Clark, an extraordinary Lead Extrusion Operator at CNG’s Massillon location! He is coming up on his two-year anniversary at the Massillon facility, and we are fortunate to have him on our team. Trent is dedicated beyond compare, passionate about his role and every team member, and goes above and beyond to ensure we are always set up for success. In the short two years that Mr. Clark has worked at CNG, he has flourished and grown from an operator to a lead, with no plan to stop learning and progressing soon. He lives and breathes our core values and acts as a true role model. Trent is an inspiration to watch as he interacts with his colleagues - congratulating and lifting up the team every opportunity he gets. He doesn’t hesitate to arrive early or stay late and expands his expertise at an exceptional rate. Our team in Superior, WI recently had the incredible opportunity to hand-select eight local charities to donate to as a part of CNG’s Community Giving Funds Initiative! The new program enables CNG’s employee-owners to identify meaningful charitable organizations within their communities that would benefit from financial support. We were honored to aid the School District of Superior WI, the University of Wisconsin Superior Foundation, Esko Schools, Humane Society of Douglas County, Wisconsin, The University of Minnesota Foundation – Engineering Department and The American Institute of Chemical Engineers Club, The Minnesota Sustainable Farming Association, The Head of the Lakes United Way, and The Society of Women’s Engineering – University of Minnesota Duluth Chapter. Meet TJ Carver, our extraordinary A-Shift Supervisor at our Ontario facility! TJ has been a prodigious employee-owner of Charter Next Generation for over five years now. During his time with us, TJ has excelled in every opportunity that comes his way and developed countless invaluable skills that he will implement and perfect for years to come. Once TJ mastered his role and gained a deep understanding of CNG’s processes, he quickly realized his passion for leading. Shortly after, the supervisor role opened up at Ontario and TJ jumped on the opportunity - he knew it was meant to be. One and half years later, he has built an outstanding team full of hard-working employee-owners who respect and admire TJ, along with their career. Most importantly, they trust that his guidance will lead to their growth and success. It’s extremely inspiring to watch his evolution with CNG and learn from his accomplishments. We are honored to have the privilege of giving back to organizations like Camp Discovery, Homeless No More, and Christian Assistance Bridge, which benefit the communities where our employee-owners live. Our team of employee-owners in Milton recently hand-picked eight local organizations to benefit from the new program. CNG's Community Giving Funds aims to create the greatest possible impact throughout the communities in which our teams live and work while providing needed support to causes that directly touch residents in each of the areas.
We’d like to introduce you to Brad Bennett from our Milton facility! Brad has spent more than 14 phenomenal years as a Process Technician with CNG, although given his dedication to mastering every piece of equipment, he could fill any role thrown his way. Known for his wealth of knowledge, passion for troubleshooting & trying new things, and of course, his willingness to teach others everything he learns along the way, Brad is the epitome of leadership! He’s always the first one to jump into a new project, learn new equipment & the first to identify areas of improvement, or simply find a better way. Over the course of his career at CNG, Brad has branched out to several of our other plants & maintains his connections across the plants to share improvements & innovative ideas. Brad is constantly one step ahead, extremely humble & always excited for more. When asked about his role, he shared, “Honestly I feel proud to work at CNG, I really enjoy coming to work every day, I love that there’s a challenge every day, it’s very rewarding to me!” We’re so thankful to have him on our team!
Let us introduce you to Mr. John Roeber. With over 18 years of CNG experience under his belt, John is one of our extraordinary Process Technicians in Superior, WI. Since his early days with the company, John has always been a go-getter, learning the ins and outs of every machine on every line, and never shying away from passionately passing his knowledge along to his peers. The Superior team looks up to John as a mentor, and praises his hard work, dedication, and open door policy that sets the entire team up for success. He is an inspiration to us all and we cannot thank him enough for the strong foundation he has helped us build in Superior. We’re honored to dedicate this employee spotlight to John, and we’re forever grateful to have him in our CNG Family!
Meet the Films 5 Supervisors at our Lexington Campus! These individuals have come together to form an extraordinary unit that sets an incredible example for the entire CNG team. Matt Zartman, Corey Seyfors, Brad Lutz, and Ryan Canterbury work day in and day out to exhibit the true definition of 'One Team, One Family' on and off the clock, ensuring that their teams are successful and prepared for whatever may come their way. Matt has been with us for about a year and his dedication to his team and goals never goes unnoticed. Corey has been with us for 4.5 years now, climbing the ladder all the way to his current role with hard work and dedication. One year down with CNG, Films 5 can always rely on Brad to get things done and pick the team up whenever they need it (and even when they don't)! Last but certainly not least, Ryan has been with us for 5 years now. Ryan is a role model - he's never been afraid to take the bull by the horns and join his team on the floor! When we think of leadership and team play, or what it means to be a part of CNG, this is what comes to mind!
CNG's Community Giving Funds continue to spread the love! Our Rhinelander team had the privilege of selecting local groups to support and after much consideration, the team proudly landed on four incredible organizations in Oneida County — Wild Instincts of the Northwoods, Rhinelander Fire Department, Oneida County Humane Society, and Boys and Girls Club of the Northwoods! We are honored to be able to give back and make a difference within our communities.
