Charter Next Generation takes pride in helping to redefine the roles in today’s manufacturing industry as well as inside of our company. One of the ways we do this best is by emphasizing how each team member plays an important role in creating the fabric of success that drives our organization. UNITED (Unity + Networking + Inclusiveness + Togetherness + Education + Development) is an employee resource group that provides a monthly series of motivation and mentoring to reinforce our company culture and specifically aims to celebrate women in manufacturing. Our goal with UNITED is to foster a culture of inclusiveness in manufacturing and provide opportunities for women to grow and develop inside of Charter Next Generation and beyond. All employees are welcome to join. Over the past year since we launched UNITED, we have received an outpouring of support and success, and we cannot wait to see how this group continues to work to break through ceilings in this industry.
We are excited to introduce one of our core Employee Benefits — the Charter Next Generation Employee Ownership Program. Employees are united as owners in the company's future success and together they share the value generated at CNG — creating a better future for ALL members of the CNG family. A key summary of the program: • Each employee of CNG will have the opportunity to share in the financial benefits of ownership! • Assuming CNG achieves its financial/operational goals and creates an investment or sale opportunity for the company, current employees will receive value worth approximately 12 months base salary. • As new employees are hired in the future, they will participate in the program on a pro-rata basis tied to their time with CNG. • No payment is required by the employee. All employees are automatically enrolled in the program with the opportunity to share in the potential value growth of CNG.
