Client Relationship Specialist, Heather, was nominated by her colleague for living Collette's values of collaboration and accountability and wrote, "I continue to grow from watching her do her job…" Thank you, Heather for living our values! #WeAreCollette #ShareKindWords
Four members of the Collette team recently joined a group of 12 guests in Costa Rica for an incredible trip aimed at making an impact on the local community. The travelers worked to support CEPIA, an organization dedicated to helping poverty-stricken children. They painted three rooms in bright, welcoming colors to make the children feel more at home. The next stop was at Rancho Margot, a fully sustainable eco-lodge, where the team split into small groups and got close to nature by gardening, weeding and planting. Not only did they have a wonderful time connecting with the local community, but they also had time to see the sights in a truly beautiful country. How do you want to make an impact when you travel? #WeAreCollette
We'd like to welcome our new team members to the Collette team! We wish them success and a long, fulfilling career with us. #WeAreCollette #GoCollette
This summer, we were thrilled to welcome over 30 interns who joined the Collette team, working across all departments within the organization. This year's students came to us from top colleges and universities - near and far, and added tremendous value as they learned more about the travel industry. A huge thank you to all our interns! #WeAreCollette

We like to say that travel is one of the best educators, and Rob from Collette's Marketing team would agree as he shares with us one of his reasons for working at Collette: “I’ve been very fortunate. I’ve been on six trips and have worked here for five years. There’s elements of working on those trips of course, but you get to learn about the history and culture. Travel is great.” #WeAreCollette
Our Vancouver team recently created a Collette board game to learn more about all of our amazing product in a fun and creative way. Now that's collaboration and innovation in action! Great job, team! #WeAreCollette
