February is Black History Month. Geotab is committed to creating and celebrating diversity and Black History Month. This is an important time for us to acknowledge and celebrate the various contributions and achievements of Black people throughout history and within our organization. It is also an opportunity to deepen our individual commitment to educate ourselves and be an ally by engaging and empowering Black people within our networks. Over the month, we will recognize the dynamic aspects of Black culture and history such as ethnic food celebrations, sharing playlists, and a fireside chat to learn the importance of mentorship for Black and underrepresented STEM students.
Our teams in Brazil and Mexico recently delivered donations to São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Puebla and San Luis Potosí for the Holiday season. This year we donated food, drinks, toys and blankets to nursing homes, children’s and hospital shelters and public kitchens.
Every 6th of January, kids receive their presents from the Kings in Spain. To make this day special, we asked our #Geotabbers and their kids to meet them in person at our Madrid office and participate in different activities! Our mini Geotabbers enjoyed face painting, playing with robots, and much more! 💫
