Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a Director of Front Office at Hilton. This is my husband Chris and our daughter Lucy on our way to the @ColumbusBlueJackets opening game of the season! Although we don't live in Columbus anymore, the state's capital is where my #HiltonStory begins. I started in hospitality 8 years ago and am incredibly passionate about hospitality and creating memories for each and every guest who walks through our doors. 5:15 PM: Whoever said you can't have fun at work, lied! At the beginning of the year I challenged my team with 2 cleanliness goals. If they hit the first goal for a month then I would buy them lunch to celebrate - they've hit this goal 6 times so far this year! If they hit the second goal, then I would buy them lunch AND they would get to vote on which manager they wanted to jump in the pool. After being within striking distance a few times this year, the team reached the second goal! Needless to say, they voted for me...At least I can now confirm that our pool is heated! - Rebecca
