Kenco is continuing to build upon our strong culture to ensure everyone feels heard and supported. Through the work and leadership of our Employee Resource Groups (LIFT, KWIC and HEROES) we are committed to continue the work of creating an environment where everyone can be their true and authentic self.
As we near the end of National Military Appreciation Month, our veterans' employee resource group, HEROES (Honor, Empower, Resource, Outreach, Engagement, Service), pays tribute to the contributions veterans have made to Kenco's success. In this week's blog, read how HEROES helps veterans transition into the civilian workforce and brings out those leadership qualities to their highest potential.
