Amy Dauberman has been a Resident Assistant (RA) at Morning Pointe of Richmond, Kentucky, Senior Living for the past 7 years. She loves the fulfillment of taking care of people! Last Christmas, Amy won the 2022 Miss Team Spirit Award because she always supports fun activities and themes by dressing up in costumes and volunteering to help in her free time. Currently, she is working on her dissertation at Aspen University, where she is earning her psychology degree. We are thankful to have Amy on our team!

Meet Latrice Hubbard, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morning Pointe of Frankfort (Kentucky) Senior Living. She has worked at the community since August 2003! She loves working with her residents and especially helping them transition smoothly to senior care from their previous homes. What has kept her there for 20 years? "I love my team," Latrice said. "We all work together to do what's best for the residents. That's the main reason I've stayed here – it's a family environment."

Meet Dave Barr, a part-time Resident Assistant at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga, Tennessee. A 20-year U.S. Army veteran, Dave became a special education teacher after discharging. A few years ago, he started his passion for running obstacle courses. "I work here to help people and to fund my race weekends," Dave said. She comes to Morning Pointe with 10 years of experience in senior living and additional background in property management. “I enjoy serving the senior population and providing the best care possible,” said Teresa. “I love being able to spend time getting to know my residents and their families."

She has been working at the Lantern for about 3 months but has worked in healthcare for over 40 years. Donna says, "The reason I do this is because I love the elderly.
