‘So, tell me about yourself...’ This seemingly simple ask, often at the beginning of an interview, can either secure you an awesome first impression or leave a recruiter with something to be desired. Recruiter Natalia M. says that a candidate should be “able to summarize why they are a great candidate to work at Northside,” as well as be able to describe past job responsibilities effortlessly.
