Meet our new Head of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging We are excited to announce that Kali Haines joins us as our new Head of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging . Kali has 25 years of progressive experience in workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts and has developed solutions and strategies to create workplace equity and genuine belonging as well as to attract, retain, and advance underrepresented and underserved talent. In her new role, Kali will drive strategic initiatives that further a culture of inclusion and belonging at Omnicell. She will help develop and implement engagement programs, employee resource groups, focused initiatives, and potential training opportunities to support our DE&I strategy.
