Parexel strives to provide a workplace that values employees for their different backgrounds, characteristics and life experiences. That's why our ParAbility Committee (Disability Strategy Group), — launched in 2021 — works to incorporate disability inclusion across our organization, including recruiting neurodiverse candidates. In Q1 we successfully recruited neurodiverse individuals into our Data Operations Organization (GDO), which was delighted to lead the way in bringing Parexel opportunities to this highly-skilled, often-untapped talent pool.
