Our friends at Element Care PACE in Lowell educated the Rogers Hall residents this week about the importance of nutrition! Residents were given healthy eating tips, healthy meal options, and different ways to get more nutrition in their diet! Some key tips: drink plenty of fluids, make eating a social event, plan healthy meals, vary your vegetables, and keep food safe!
