One of the ways we celebrated Black History Month at Pluralsight was through a panel created and hosted by our seeColor employee resource group. The theme of the panel was Black Magic. Black Magic is the resilience, creativity, and confidence forged in the experience of being Black in America. During the panel, we took a deep dive into what Black leaders in their respective fields have learned from their trauma and triumphs. 🤎 The panel was moderated by seeColor lead and Executive Assistant to the CMO, Chris Glaittli and featured five amazing panelists: ✨ Lynnetta Smith Pluralsight’s VP of Diversity and Belonging ✨ Christopher Oliver Pluralsight’s SVP of Channels and Services ✨ Andrea Hardeman, M.S. Customer Success manager at Adobe and best-selling author ✨ Princess Derose DEI lead at Lululemon and yoga therapist ✨ DJ Joune resident DJ for the Utah Jazz We wanted to share some nuggets of wisdom from the powerful discussion and thank the participants for sharing their expertise and for their vulnerability.
