RISE wants to recognize and celebrate our team at Eagle Landing Apartments in Daytona Beach, FL who have reached the 100% pre-lease milestone before we even hit February. All 768 beds have now been filled for the Fall 2023 semester. The community’s management team, leasing professionals, and maintenance crew all exemplify the RISE motto of “Love. Serve. Care.” and their dedication to the RISE mission is evident by the results they consistently achieve. Those moving in for the Fall can expect the same effort put into crafting an unbelievable resident experience that sets the standard of the RISE Difference.
Creating spaces that make an impact on residents requires attention to detail and intentional design. While every development is different, the need to make every resident feel at home is the same. Over 28 years and across 26 states, RISE has been blessed to work with some of the best architects and designers in the industry. Being intentional with providing training and opportunities lays the groundwork so that we can all RISE Together. With that it is our pleasure to announce that Mandee Combs (former General Manager of Eagle Landing) has been promoted to the Regional Sales Manager for RISE Active Living Portfolio. Likewise, Daniel Hancock (former Leasing Manager) is now the General Manager at Eagle Landing. They are both models of excellence and exemplify the “Love. Serve. Care.” attitude.
“Love. Serve. Care.” and making an impact can take many forms. For our construction team at RISE Citrus Ridge in Davenport, FL it meant treating their subcontractors to a special luncheon over the holidays and recognizing their efforts. Their hard work empowers the RISE team to reach our milestones and deliver multifamily housing residents will be happy to call home.

Our on-site teams ensure an experience for residents that is stress-free, frictionless, and memorable. With active construction sites across Florida and the Southeast U.S., RISE knows we are not just building housing for people – but making homes for families to grow, thrive, and create memories. It’s the season of giving and RISE is committed to doing our part in local communities. “Love. Serve. One example is the annual children’s toy drive, organized by Construction Accounting Manager Cheryl Folsom, which collects donations for the Salvation Army through the Valdosta Outback Riders.
