This month we are pleased to feature the SSI PRIDE Employee Resource Group. This group, which is comprised of LGBTQ+ employees and allies from across the enterprise is focused on education, safety, building a community, and cultivating equity. There mission is to promote an inclusive community for all gender expressions, support SSI’s efforts to diversify staff at all levels and work actively to attract, retain and motivate LGBTQ+ individuals. Fittingly this group launched during PRIDE month in 2020 and has been our most active ERG. Next month they will officially launch their Pronoun Education Campaign and are in the planning stages for their Safe Space Program.
