Cultural insights: For the fourth consecutive year, we asked clients to rate our culture using the same five measurements we use internally, which are based on the five behaviors of a functional team—as identified by team management expert Patrick Lencioni. Clients were asked to rate SSOE on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. When working on incredibly large, complex projects across a wide geographic stretch, each piece of the puzzle needs to fit together perfectly. We’ve been a leader in leveraging the latest technologies and supporting a culture of collaboration to better enable Lean Project Delivery. While there’s still room for improvement, we’re proud to report our progress. #PerformanceReview

We benchmark our value by comparing what we save to our total fees with a goal of at least 100%. Our business is to grow yours, and our efforts have proven successful. #PerformanceReview
