Each September, we celebrate Spirit Week across our entire network, taking a moment to recognize all the ways our contributions and dedication make us shine. Whether it's serving each other or our Guests, they make each journey unforgettable.
A better future starts with a good night’s sleep - a mission our Spirit Family took on alongside the Houston Children's Charity. 🛏️😴 We partnered with the organization to provide “A Better Night’s Sleep”, packing bedding and loading mattresses for over 25,000 children throughout the Houston area. A donation from the Spirit Charitable Foundation will further support their work as we continually dedicate ourselves to improving our communities. #SpiritGivesBack
And they’re cleared for takeoff! 👏 We’re excited to welcome 30 new friendly faces on board. After four weeks of Initial Training, our newest Team Members have earned their Flight Attendant wings and will be based out of Harry Reid International Airport to serve our Guests. Congratulations to the new Crew!

We kicked off #HispanicHeritageMonth by adding a little color to the community! 🎨 Our Spirit Family and Latinx Resource Group Members came together for a day of painting to “brighten up” the senior center at the LA SED, Inc. facility. In addition, the Spirit Charitable Foundation provided a donation to continue the work of serving the residents of Southwest Detroit. #SpiritGivesBack
The Spirit Wings Pilot Pathway program hits double digits with our 10th partnership! Our newest collaboration with Liberty University School of Aeronautics in Lynchburg, Virginia, marks a significant milestone in our quest to expand our pipeline of Pilots. The grass keeps getting greener thanks to our Spirit Family! 🌿 Our Team Members joined forces with Friends of The Underline to plant and landscape near Miami’s Oolite Room, a step toward transforming the land below Miami's Metrorail into a 10-mile linear park, urban trail, and living art destination.
