Each year at the expo, PAPA celebrates worthy recipients within the Asian community to help future aviators reach their full potential in aviation by breaking down barriers. Students of the program will have a fast track to a career as a Spirit First Officer. Conveniently located near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Thrust Flight provides professional flight training and a new, modern fleet of aircraft to prepare Pilots for an exciting future. The Golden State is shining brighter today as we’re soaring over San José! ✈️ San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is our 7th California airport. Our Guests can now travel nonstop on daily flights from SJC to San Diego (SAN), Las Vegas (LAS), and Dallas (DFW), with connections to additional cities throughout our network. As a part of our commitment to the local community, we proudly presented a donation to Trade Winds Aviation, a San José-based flight school, to support students aspiring to become future Spirit Pilots. We’re welcoming our first Airbus A321neo to our growing fleet! A321s are the largest planes in Spirit’s Fit Fleet, and with the new NEO engine option, we can fly further and quieter while reducing our emissions.
